Admission Requirements- For Nursery, the applicant must be born in January to July For Kindergarten, the applicant must be born in January to July
- Birth Certificate from the NSO (original and photocopy)
- Catholic Baptismal Certificate (photocopy)
- Two (2) copies of identification picture (1” x 1”)
- Photocopy of Report Card (Form 138) for Kindergarten, and Grades 1 to 6 applicants.
- Letter of Recommendation from the Guidance Counselor or Class Adviser of the previous school (Grades 1 to 6)
Additional requirements for Aliens:
- Two (2) photo copies of ACR, passport, length of stay duly certified by DepEd.
- For Non-resident Aliens, permit to study.

Additional requirements for:- Transferees
A student who seeks admission after the enrollment period i.e., two (2) weeks after classes have started, must present her Form 138 or its equivalent and a certificate of eligibility to transfer from the school last attended. - Aliens
