Pre-Elementary & Grade School Department

Admission Requirements
  1. For Nursery, the applicant must be born in January to July For Kindergarten, the applicant must be born in January to July
  2. Birth Certificate from the NSO (original and photocopy)
  3. Catholic Baptismal Certificate (photocopy)
  4. Two (2) copies of identification picture (1” x 1”)
  5. Photocopy of Report Card (Form 138) for Kindergarten, and Grades 1 to 6 applicants.
  6. Letter of Recommendation from the Guidance Counselor or Class Adviser of the previous school (Grades 1 to 6)


Additional requirements for Aliens:
  1. Two (2) photo copies of ACR, passport, length of stay duly certified by DepEd.
  2. For Non-resident Aliens, permit to study.

Admission Requirements
  1. Old Students – Report Card (Form 138)
  2. New Students – Birth and Baptismal Certificates
    • 2pcs. 2x2 ID picture with white background
    • Report Card (Form 138) duly signed
    • Letter of Recommendation from the Principal/Guidance Counselor of previous school
    • Entrance examination on the date scheduled
    • Interview by the Principal and/or the Guidance Counselor


    Additional requirements for:
    1. Transferees
      A student who seeks admission after the enrollment period i.e., two (2) weeks after classes have started, must present her Form 138 or its equivalent and a certificate of eligibility to transfer from the school last attended.
    2. Aliens
      * Four (4) photo static copies of ACR certified as true copies by an official of the Department of Education Culture and Sports
      * For non-resident aliens, permit to study
      * Transcript of Records

      • Affidavit of Support (authenticated) - with Red Ribbon

      • Pertinent pages of Passport (authenticated)
      • Bank Statement or Certificate of Employment of the Sponsor (as financial proof)

    • Interview with Scholarship Admission Committee
